Do you deliver or ship?
No. It’s pickup only, for customers in St. Maarten. Collect your order at the front desk or the bar at The Hills Residence Unit 19, Simpson Bay, and pay cash.
When is my order ready?
Supplement orders are usually ready within 2 hours during front desk hours (Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm). We email you as soon as it’s ready.
How does a pass ordered online work?
Order it here with no card. Your confirmation email has a link to fill in your details on Glofox, our member system. We email your total, you pay cash at the front desk with your ID or passport (Mon–Fri 7:30 am to 9 pm, Sat–Sun 9 am to 6 pm), and we email your QR code.
A day pass works until midnight on the day you pay, a 3-day pass until midnight on day 3 and a week pass until midnight on day 7. The day you pay counts as day 1.
How do locals and yacht crew get 15% off?
Email a photo of your St. Maarten ID or crew ID to frontdesk@solisbodyclub.com and we’ll reply with your 15% code. Valid on passes and memberships until December 31, 2026.
Is there a discount for under-18s?
Yes. Under-18s get 30% off every pass and membership. Show your ID at the front desk when you pay.
Do I need a membership to buy supplements?
No. Anyone in St. Maarten can order: members, visitors and yacht crew.
Are the supplements genuine?
Yes. We are an official reseller of every brand we sell.
